🌍 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Canada (Standard Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days
  • Carriers: Canada Post and UPS

USA & International

Estimated delivery: 12-18 business days (depending on destination)

  • Carriers: DHL and UPS

🚫 Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

  • Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the item.

❗ Delays & Lost Packages

  • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • If your package is delayed or lost, we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Please allow 48 hours after rec  eiving your tracking number for updates to appear.

📦 Customs & Duties (International Orders Only)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Shipping times and costs are determined by the individual brand and are shown at checkout when available.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
